RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Please read this policy carefully. This is the Return and Refund Policy of MYGOODLIFE (마이굿라이프).

Digital products

We issue refunds for digital products within 15 days of the original purchase of the product .
Please note that:

  • The cancellation fee is 20,000 KRW
  • The refund can only be made if the “Request for Refund” is received at least 14 days prior to the service taking place
  • The refund doesn’t apply for the purchase of event tickets
  • The refund only applies for goods (merchandising goods, digital goods) and services (experience voucher/tickets), if by any mistake from us (MYGOODLIFE (마이굿라이프) the experience can’t be exercise
