Let's go on a memorable trip to one of the most touristic destinations in South Korea; Namhae Island! Here you will experience many new activities you might have never done before. During this three-day trip, we will take you to go sea kayaking to a small island off the coast where you can discover the diverse marine life in that area. You’ll be surprised at how many sorts of fish you can see through the goggles. We will be staying in a village next to the ocean so you will have access to go swimming all day. And for those that dare, cliff diving is possible. However, we will not only do water activities, nearby is a German village that we will visit. For those missing the western society, this will be as close as you can get to it here in Korea. Korea is also known for its beautiful temples. We will add culture and history to this trip by hiking to the Boriam temple, one of the five most famous temples in South Korea and is mainly known for its impeccable view. You will notice during these three days that this area has incredible views of greenery and oceans. So you will for sure enjoy your time here unwinding from your stressful work week while breathing in the fresh ocean air.

Day 1 - Friday, 12 August

  • 11:00 pm - Pick up: Hongik Univ. Station Exit 1
  • 11:30 pm - Pick up: Express Bus Terminal Station Exit 8

Day 2 - Saturday, 13 August

  • 12:00 am - Pick up: Cheongmyeong Station Exit 1
  • 12:30 am - Pick up: Osan College Station Exit 1
  • 02:00 am - Pick up: Daejeon Tollgate
  • 04:20 am - Pick up at Namhae Bus Terminal
  • 04:40 am - Arrive at Sangju beach
  • 04:50 am - Sunrise hiking to Mt. Geumsan or you can stay at Sangju Silver Sand Beach
  • 09:00 am - Beach time + Lunch along the beach that you are free to choose and eat at! (Included)
  • 14:00 pm - Arrive at Darangee village
  • 14:10 pm - Check in at homestays and relax
  • 15:30 pm - Water Activities: Go to the pebble beach for swimming, bare hand fishing. snorkeling and cliff diving.
  • 18:30 pm - Dinner time (Included)
  • 19:30 pm - Lantern walking
  • 20:30 pm - Learn Samulnori

Day 3 - Sunday, 14 August

  • 08:00 am - Have Breakfast (Included)
  • 10:00 am - German Village Exploration (Lunch is not Included, but there are German restaurants and cafes in the village.
  • 14:30 pm - Arrive at Kayak village
  • 15:00 pm - Sea kayaking & Snorkeling
  • 17:30 pm - Dinner together (Included)
  • 19:00 pm - Fun Game Night: Traditional Korean Games & Noraebang

Day 4 - Monday, 15 August

Accommodations

  • The accommodation allows for 3-4 people per room and rooms have a TV, blankets, toilet and shower facilities, so you just need to bring your own toiletries and towel.
  • We have many different size rooms, so please let us know if you have more than 3 people in your group.
  • If you want to use a 2-person room. It costs extra 60,000 won per room for 2 nights
