• Important: A valid passport number is required for the concert ticket. Please ensure you provide this information after the booking process by replying to the order confirmation email.

• Punctuality: Participants must arrive at the designated meeting point (Jamsilsaenae Station Exit no.3, in front of ISSAC TOAST) at the specified time (14:00). No-shows or late arrivals will not be accommodated, and joining the tour later will not be possible. Please plan your travel accordingly to ensure you arrive on time.

• Adherence to the Itinerary: Participants must follow the itinerary as outlined by the tour guide. Leaving the group and attempting to rejoin later is not permitted. This ensures that the tour runs smoothly and that all participants can fully enjoy the experience.

• Respect for Others: Participants are expected to be respectful and considerate of their fellow travelers, the tour guide, and the local community. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from the tour without refund.
