Paragliding near Pyeongchang

• Restrictions: Weight limit is 100Kg, but there is no limit for height.

• For safety reasons the paraglider tandem flight must be postponed in strong wind, rain or fog.

Notice Paragliding is an exciting sport. Because it must be completed outdoors and can be a high risk activity we must take caution when it comes to weather. In the event that the weather is not in our favour, with heavy rain or strong winds, we will have to cancel the trip.

We will check the weather reports regularly before each paragliding trip and inform you up to 1 day in advance if rain is the problem and at least 12 hours before departure if it will be too windy and the trip has to be cancelled.

Please make sure you send us your cell phone number when you email us after you have signed up, as we will send you a message between 1 day and 12 hours before the trip ONLY if there is a cancellation.

How to get there

If you're looking for an exciting paragliding experience in Pyeongchang, getting there is easy and hassle-free. If you live in Seoul, the most convenient way to reach Pyeongchang is by taking a bus from Dong Seoul Bus Terminal to Pyeongchang Bus Terminal. The bus ride is comfortable and takes around 2.5 hours, giving you ample time to enjoy the scenic beauty of the Korean countryside.

To begin your journey, head to Dong Seoul Bus Terminal (동서울종합터미널) and purchase a one-way bus ticket to Pyeongchang Bus Terminal (평창버스터미널), which costs around 15,100 won. Upon arrival at Pyeongchang Bus Terminal, your paragliding organizer will be waiting to pick you up and take you to the launch site. Please let us know in advance if you would like to be picked up from the bus terminal. We will arrange this for you.

If you plan on returning to Seoul after your paragliding experience, it is recommended that you purchase a round-trip ticket at Dong Seoul Bus Terminal. This will ensure a smooth and stress-free journey back to the city.
